Abstract. Calculus of Variations for supremal functionals has been initiated by Aronsson in the 1960s and until recently was restricted to the scalar case. The vectorial case has recently been initiated by the speaker. In this talk I will present some recent results, both variational and for the fundamental PDE system in \(L^\infty\), which is the analogue of the Euler-Lagrange equation.
